This month the group was treated to twenty eight 18 inch Traditional Quilts which arrived in a pink suitcase from the Quilters Guild. The theme was floor tiles and as you can see from the pictures they were stunning and extremely intricate. The interpretation of the theme made them all so different.

The Dye in a Jar fabrics from last months meeting were on display, all different and very colourful.

At this meeting we offered members the opportunity to bring in their surplus fabric to swap. We had two tables full of material, books and other goodies and most people didn’t go away empty handed. The leftovers have been donated to a local school for their art projects.
